About R.N.A.
Istvan Leel-Ossy and Al Williams; Year 2000 newyears party, Ravels, Belgium.

The X-Fade Project was created by Istvan Leel-Össy and Al Williams (†-2020)

They started creating the project after discovering a collection of rare recordings from very different cultures.
Together the started creating a new layer of electronic music to bring the spirit of the original performances to our culture.

Istvan Leel-Össy is a multi-media producer and engineer living in the bustling city of Antwerp.

Since the early 80’s he’s been active in creating, recording and producing music, video and sounddesign for clients like audio/visual-production houses, advertising agencies and artists.

Currently he is mainly active in music theatre by means of multimedia support, lighting and set design.

On a daily basis he’s working as technical coordinator for ChampdAction, a noted production house for contemporary and experimental music.

Thanks to his vast experience of nearly 40 years, which ranges from photography, videography, music to sound production and engineering, he feels very much at home at ChampdAction.
